★★★★★ — the wine-red knit hoodie-and-sweatpants set, CA$65.16
Five stars, no notes, borderline insulting how comfortable it is. I have not worn real pants since it arrived. Whatever this label means by “loungewear,” what it actually means is “you will cancel plans,” and nobody disclosed that at checkout.
★★★★☆ — colorblock striped knit sweater, CA$24.68
Four stars only because it runs slightly boxy, which I’ve since decided is the point and am no longer fighting. Docking a star for making me distrust an entire drawer of fitted sweaters I used to feel fine about.
★★★★★ — the satin dress, CA$29.64
Five stars. Somehow reads more expensive than several things I own that cost three times as much, which is either a compliment to this dress or an indictment of my past spending decisions. Not examining that further today.
★☆☆☆☆ — my own impulse control, price: free, cost: everything
One star. Folded the second a “Hot Deal” tag appeared on a blue bustier top I had zero prior interest in, and folded again for a set of gold earrings marked to CA$2.85 in a flash sale that lasted, best I could tell, about eleven minutes. There’s also an app-exclusive 15% off right now with no minimum, and free returns on your first order, which I’m mentioning only so you can make better decisions with it than I did.
Would shop again. Have, in fact, already shopped again. (Affiliate link on the hoodie set — small commission if you buy through it, no extra cost to you.)
